Mr. Fenza Sofyan is also on the board of PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk, PT Perentjana Djaja and PT Emdeki Utama and President Commissioner of PT Metropolitan Horison Development, Director at PT Pentakencana Pakarperdana, Director at PT Budimulia Penta Realti, Director at PT Atlantic Equator, Director at PT Penta Cosmopolitan Corp., Director at PT Pesona Equator and Vice Director at PT Budimulia Prima Realty.

He received an undergraduate degree from Baldwin-Wallace College.

Presently, Mr. Agam Nugraha Subagdja is President director of PT. Metropolitan Horison Development company that stands in hospitality business, one of the hotel is Hotel Horison ultima Bandung. Mr. Agam Nugraha Subagdja is also President director of PT. Metropolitan Development company that stands in property business, Director of PT. Metropolitan Golden Management company that stands in Hotel operator, stockholder in PT. Binara Guna Mediktama company that stands in hospital bisuness namely Pondok indah Hospital – Jakarta, Commissary of PT. Metropolitan Kencana Tbk. Company that stands in property business.

Basari Bachri

Mr. Basari Bachri began his career in strategic management level as Chief Accountant – Hotel Patra Jasa Bali,1989 - 1993, Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) – Hotel Patra Jasa Bali, 1993 – 1998, General Manager – Hotel Patra Jasa Semarang, 1998 – 2002, General Manager – Hotel Horison Semarang, 2002 – 2006, Operational Deputy director– PT MGM / Horison Hotel Group, 2006 – 2008, and Operational Director – PT MGM / Horison Hotel Group, 2008 – Now

Mohammad Ridwan

Mr. Mohammad Ridwan began his career in strategic management level as Internal Auditor Staff – PT Metropolitan Development, 1983 - 1984, Internal Auditor Assistant – PT Metropolitan Development, 1985 - 2003, Head of Finance Departement – PT Metropolitan Horison Development, 2004 - 2006, Secretary of director – PT Metropolitan Realty International, 1985 - 2006, Director – PT MGM / Horison Hotel Group, 2006 – Now, and Director – PT Horison Center, 2006 – Now.

Bayu Waskito Nugroho

Mr. Bayu Waskito Nugroho Having more than 25 years experience in hospitality industry with an in depth knowledge in general management, sales and marketing management, hotel management, strategic planning, finance & accounting management, food and beverage management, hotel construction, operations control, catering management, retail management, and business development.

A self confident and team player profesional with a good interpersonal skill, strong business sense and quick analytical mind.

Refino Mutshernar, SH

Refino Mutshernar, SH, was born on February 13th in Kuningan, West Java, holds a bachelor's degree from the Law Faculty of Mahasaraswati University, Bali, he is a passionate hospitality professional with extensive experience spanning various roles over 12 years in Bali Island, and joined Horison Group as Corporate GM of HRD and later served as General Manager of several Horison units in resort and city hotels, additionally, he served as Corporate GM Pre-Opening and Recovery Business, extending his experience in sales role with analysis, as a nature enthusiast, he is also an expert in Glamping business, and now he has recently been promoted to Vice President Commercial at PT. MGM / Horison Hotels Group, reflecting his total effort, dedication, and learning with our Group.

Ludy Suryadi Kusumah

Ludy Suryadi Kusumah, born on July 27, 1983, graduated from Universitas Padjajaran Bandung. He attained a Mastery on Hotel Quality Assurance in 2016, under Mr. Monang Marbun's guidance in Jakarta. With extensive experience in strategic management, Ludy held key positions at Padma Hotel Bandung before transitioning to corporate roles at PT Metropolitan Golden Management (Horison Hotels Group).

From 2017 to 2021, he served as Corporate Quality Assurance General Manager. Currently, Ludy holds the position of Vice President of Operations at the same organization.

Permana Sigidprawiro

Mr. Permana Sigidprawiro currently serves as the Vice President of Culinary, Innovation, and Development at PT. Metropolitan Golden Management - Horison Hotels Group. With his extensive background spanning over 20 years in the hospitality industry, including 11 years abroad, Mr. Permana brings a wealth of expertise in culinary arts, operations management, and business development to his role.

As a conceptual co-founder of an independent restaurant and an accomplished independent consultant, he has demonstrated his ability to drive success and innovation in various areas of the hospitality sector. With his dedication, empathy, reliability, sincerity, and meticulous attention to detail, Permana continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary landscape and driving growth within PT.
